Chief Executive Officer: Jay Hash
Jay is the lead counselor and clinical director of HopeSource. His experience includes over 25 years in the mental health and addiction treatment profession. He has experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including community, outpatient, and residential settings.
Jay is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC-S),
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor – Clinical Supervisor (LICDC-CS)
Angee is the Vice President of Clinical Services at Hopesource where she provides staff development training, compliance oversight and clinical supervision.
She has over 20 years of experience in the helping field, having offered both mental health and addiction treatment to numerous populations (children, adolescents, adults, couples, individuals with developmental disabilities) across several settings (residential settings, community, outpatient and in crisis situations).
Angee is dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation (LPCC-S) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor – Clinical Supervisor (LICDC-CS).

Kevin Blevins is the Chief Operations Officer for Hopesource, overseeing our non-clinical areas of operations including human resources, finance, IT, and facilities.
Kevin has been a business professional in the Portsmouth community for thirty years.
His experience includes 20 years in commercial and residential finance and bank operations. The last ten years have been dedicated to managing healthcare operations for both primary care and substance use treatment providers.
